| The
Illinois Venture Capital Conference cocktail
party, which was sponsored by a local auditing
shop, was held at Bob Chin's restaurant located on
the river between Clark and LaSalle. Those who
attended the event on Wednesday night were greeted
by a group of warm and friendly hosts. No, I am
not talking about the girl who escorted all of us
into the room. I am talking about Ann Lyons
(middle right), Scott Olesuk, Kim Skorniak and
Lindsey Whitcomb. |

| Kerri
Brennan (right) with Robin and Scott Galbreath
decided to sit back and relax with our fair city's
beautiful skyline in the background, which will be
profiled in the next picture. |
 |
| I needed
two very hip people to be part of my skyline
picture, so I found Russ Rosenzweig and Shawna
Snukst. See, you can trust me. |
 |
| These two
cats, Brian Pitts and Erica Swerdlow, made sure
everyone in their presence had a smile on their
face. Actually, I think it was the spinach dip on
my shirt, which they made sure everyone knew about
except me! |

| Just doing
a test. You know technology these days. |
 |
| Here's Cary
Nourie, vice president of the Illinois Coalition,
hanging out with Liz Kelher. Cary is becoming a
regular in ePrairie's photo galleries. I am
really not sure if it is a good thing for Cary.
Hey, you can trust me. |
 |
| Here's
Brian Pitts, Kate Kasprzyk and Beth Ann Kessel
(right) all laughing at the sake stain on my shirt
(next to the spinach dip stain), which happened at
the bar. Brian is the reason why people just do
not take me seriously at these events. |
